Grilled Lamb Chops

Luscious Grilled Lamb Chops
Serves 2
4 lg. Lamb Chops
8 T. Sioux Z Wow Marinade
2 Sprigs Fresh Mint for Garnish
To Marinate: Place lamb chops in zip top bag and cover with Sioux Z Wow. Let chops marinate at least overnight, up to 2 days. Turn bag periodically.
To Grill: Remove chops from bag. Grill over med. to hot coals 5-6 min. Turn and pour marinade left in the bag over the chops. Grill 5 min. more.
To Serve: Garnish with mint and serve with Rosemary Potatoes.
