¼ C. Sioux Z Wow Marinade
¼ C. Onion, finely chopped
¼ C. White Wine
¼ C. Mint Jelly 3/4 C. Golden Raisins
3 T. Crystallized Ginger, chopped
To Make:In a small saucepan, combine the onion and vinegar. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer for 3 min. Add mint jelly and melt. Add Sioux Z Wow, raisins and ginger and stir to mix well. Pour into bowl, cover and chill for serving. Garnish with fresh mint sprig.
